Who am I?
I know what you’re thinking… who am I to give you advice on your teams season.
While I hate this part of the job.. I’ll let you know what my credentials are to help your teams operations.
My name is Rob Jenkins, I started off just like you.. managing my sons U12 soccer team. I went through all of the struggles that you are going through, dealing with parents, unhappy players, travel disruptions just to name a few.
In the [year] season, I was recruited by the organization to manage the Cavalry FC inaugural season. After a very successful season, COVID hit, where I was given the opportunity to launch a League1 Ontario Club in Electric City FC.
On top of this, I have worked closely with Canada Soccer, the Vancouver Whitecaps, and several other professional clubs. But I started as a youth team manager, just like you. Now I look to serve those in the position where I started.
